How we Operate

  • Our leaders are CPR certified.

  • All of our volunteers and leaders have background checks.

  • We have commercial contracts with all of the local Florida State Parks we visit.

  • We have an Emergency Action Plan for each park we visit and maintain contact with the head rangers.

  • We are fully insured.

Group Size &
Age Range

  • Age range for the program is 6 - 12 years old.

  • If you are enrolling siblings, contact us to discuss what class would work best for both their ages.

  • Class size is limited to 18 students at a 6 to 1 student to guide ratio (2 leaders, 1 volunteer per class).

Come Prepared

  • Pack a lunch and refillable water bottle (water refills available throughout the day).

  • Label all of your child’s gear (backpacks, lunch pales, etc.)

  • Dress in clothes you know will get dirty.

  • Dress according to the weather forecast (i.e. sunscreen, bug spray, hat for summer, extra jackets, gloves for winter).  

  • Please no electronics, e-watches, cell phones, tablets, etc.  Use this time to immerse in nature & disconnect from media and distractions.

  • There are restrooms available near our base camp location within the state parks.

Terms of Payment

All payment options require a $200 non-refundable, non-transferable registration fee at the time of enrollment. 

We are a Step Up PEP Scholarship Vendor!

Late Payment: If you’re not up to date on payments, your child will not be permitted to join the class until payment is made current.

$30 fee on returned checks/payment methods.

PAY IN FULL OPTION

The total amount of tuition paid in full is
$3400 + $200 enrollment - $250
bonus = $3350

Credit card fees apply. ACH has no fees.

PAY IN INSTALLMENTS OPTION

Your payment method will be charged 8 installment payments of $425, total amount of tuition is $3400 + $200 enrollment = $3600.

Installment payments are charged on the 1st of every month beginning in September 2025, with your last payment on April 1st, 2026.

Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your enrollment for any reason prior to 30 days before the program start date, we’ll refund your tuition minus the $200 deposit.

Cancellations made 29 days or less prior to the first day of the program, are NOT refundable.

Weather cancellations - we may delay or cancel class in cases of dangerous/severe weather (such as heavy rains, lightning, tornado warnings, icy roads, etc.) If class is canceled you will be notified via email and text.

If your child violates the Behavior Contract, we reserve the right to remove your student from the program with no refund.
