Group Sizes & Age Ranges

To facilitate a unique hands on learning experience within a safe environment, our Class size is limited to a 8 to 1 Student to teacher ratio and we have 3 leaders per class. Our current age range is ages 6 years to 12 years old for our Daily Nature Adventurers, and 6 years to 13 years old for the Homeschool enrichment program.  Our leaders are CPR certified, Background Checked, and we maintain direct contact information with all of our head rangers in each of the state parks we visit. We are fully insured, and have a contract with the local state parks for using each of our local state parks here along 30A.

Here is some important information to learn about how we operate it

  • Our of mentor leaders are CPR certified

  • All of our volunteers and leaders have Background checks.

  • We have a maximum of 8 to 1 Student to Mentor Leader ratio.

  • We have commercial contracts with all of the local Florida State Parks we visit and operate in.

  • We have an Emergency Action Plan and Environmental plan for each of the parks we visit.

  • We are also fully licensed and insured.

Terms of Payment- Homeschool Curriculum

FULL PAYMENT TODAY-AUGUST 1  (Total cost $1,800)

A $200 (non-refundable, non-transferable) registration fee per program spot is required at the time of enrollment. Tuition is $1600 per student if paying in full at the time of enrollment, PLUS the $200 registration fee per program spot.

The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. Should you drop from the program at anytime after enrolling you will lose your $200 registration fee.

PAY IN INSTALLMENTS - (Total cost $1,991)

A $200 (non-refundable, non-transferable) registration fee per program spot is required to secure your spot in the program at the time of enrollment. If you would like to pay your tuition in 9 payment installments, please choose the "Monthly Installments" option. Your payment method will be charged 9 installment payments of $199. Total amount of tuition paying by monthly installments is $1791 + $200 registration fee.

Installment payments are charged on the 5th of every month beginning in August, with your last payment on May 5th. 

The registration fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. Should you drop from the program at anytime after enrolling you will lose your $200 registration fee.

We do ask for a 30 day notice if child chooses to withdraw from the program early

LATE FEES: A late fee will be charged if your tuition payment is not paid on time, due to a declined card. Any payment that is more than 3 days overdue will be charged a $25 late fee. An additional $10 per day will be charged for late payments greater than 5 days overdue. You will receive an email letting you know that your payment declined on the 5th of the month for credit/debit cards.

Rates are prorated when joining after the program has begun.

Cancelation Policy - Homeschool Program

The Program Registration Fee of $200 is non-refundable or transferable and is NOT considered to be a part of the program tuition.

If you cancel/withdraw from a program for any reason:

  • 30 days or more prior to the course starting date: You will receive a full refund of all paid program tuition. (Note: Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable to another program or person - i.e. Monthly Programs, Summer Camps, Weekend Classes, etc.)

  • Fewer than 30 days prior to the program start date: If you have paid in full you will receive a 90% refund of all program tuition paid.  If you have enrolled in the installment plan you will be responsible for paying the amount of your first month's installment. (Note: Registration fees are non-refundable and non-transferable to another program or person - i.e. Monthly Programs, Summer Camps, Weekend Classes, etc.)

  • Within 30 calendar days after the 1st class: If you have paid in FULL you will receive a 75% refund of the total program tuition. If you are enrolled in the installment plan and you cancel/withdraw at this point you will still be responsible for 25% of the total program tuition. If 25% of the tuition has not already been paid by the withdrawal date, the payment method you used at registration will automatically be charged the difference.

  • 31-60 calendar days after the 1st day of class: If you have paid in FULL you will receive a 50% refund of the total program tuition. If you are paying on the installment plan and you cancel/withdraw at this point you will still be responsible for 50% of the total program tuition and will need to continue to make installment payments until 50% of the total tuition has been paid (as agreed during program registration).

  • 61-90 calendar days after the 1st day of class: If you have paid in FULL you will receive a 25% refund of the total program tuition. If you are paying on an installment plan and you cancel/withdraw at this point you will still be responsible for 75% of the total program tuition and will need to continue to make installment payments until 75% of the total tuition has been paid (as agreed during program registration).

  • After 90 days from the program’s start date: No refund will be given. If you are paying on an installment plan you are required to pay for the program tuition in FULL and/or continue to make the remainder of your scheduled installment payments.

  • Weather Cancellations- Our classes run rain or shine, however we will delay or cancel class in cases of dangerous/severe weather (such as tornado warnings, icy roads, flash flood warnings, etc.) If class is canceled you will be notified via email and text and it will be clearly marked on the web page for your class.

  • We do ask for a 30 day notice if choosing to withdraw for any reason.

Cancellation Policy - Nature Adventures

If you cancel for any reason:

  • 30 days or more prior to the camp starting date you will receive a full refund, minus a $50 registration fee. 

  • 14-29 days prior to the camp starting date, you will receive a 25% refund.

  • 13 days or less prior to the camp starting date and once the camp has begun, there will be no refund/credit.
